The three processses, namely, mixing, granulation, and drying, are carried out in one clean and tightly closed chamber to effect rapid granulation and rapid drying.

The machine works in a tightly closed environment and at back pressure. The entire inner surface of the equipment is shiny and smooth without dead corners, making it easy to clean in conformity with The Standard of Production and Quality control of Medicines(GMP)

It offers uniform mixing and very good reproducibility of parameters from one batch to another.

The Model FL-A which is the modification of the Model FL has overcome the shortcomings of being necessary to shake the filter bag, stop saraying, and stop fluidization of material so as to make continuous operation passible.

Two kinds of heat exchanger, one using steam for heating and one using electricity for heating, are available for the user to select.
